Digital template packs
- Packs are digital downloads delivered on a download page immediately after payment. Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout.
- Templates are provided "as is". They're built from vendor documentation and are labeled untested unless we say otherwise. They may need adjustment for your accounts and tool versions.
- You may use and modify the templates for your own business, including for clients you set up yourself. You may not resell or redistribute the pack itself.
- Third-party tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, OpenAI, Google and others) are not included. Their terms and fees apply.
- You're responsible for how you use any automation, including reviewing anything it drafts before sending, and for following privacy laws that apply to your data.
Done-for-you setup service
- The $299 fee covers setting up one workflow, as confirmed in writing (by email) after your intake.
- Work is done in your own accounts. You stay the owner of your accounts and data, and you should remove our access after handover.
- We don't set up agents that process patient health records or payment card data.
- Changes beyond the confirmed scope may need a separate quote, which we'll agree with you first.
Refund policy
- Template packs: if a pack doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No long explanation needed, but telling us what went wrong helps us fix it.
- Setup service: full refund if we can't agree a scope, or if you cancel before work starts. Once work has started, we'll refund any part of the confirmed scope we haven't delivered.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
- To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. See the privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for losses caused by third-party tools, or by automations you run without reviewing their output.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. The terms in effect when you bought apply to that purchase.
